When I successfully sign in it just keeps loading and doesn't go any further from there. I've uninstalled and installed again and it still doesn't work. Please fix, I'd like to keep conveniently pay my bill over this app
Fairly good -
This app is great...except for popups every screen change asking me to rate the app, and only giving me the choice of rate app now or ask me later (with later being the very next time the screen refreshes). The option that was missing is "no thanks, I prefer not to rate the app". For this reason alone, one star rating.

Super easy to use it does take a little bit to log on but great service to use

I hate that everytime I make a payment they take at least 2 weeks to take the money out. Thinking I have paid my light I move my money around and later on I don't have the correct amount to pay the light and charge for having to bounce on my bank.😤
